Timothy Campbell Photography

about me

I took up photography in 1985, had my first work published in Sounds music magazine in 1987, subsequent work was commissioned from NME, ID magazine and many others.

My professional work covers all aspects of commercial and industrial photography, my wedding photography is very much about capturing the mood and emotions of the day.

My personal photography tends to the abstract , and I like to have no obvious human elements involved.

I am a collector and user of ‘classic cameras and a long standing member of the PCCGB (Photographic Collectors Club of Great Britain). I am a regular contributor to the club magazine “Photographica World”, which I also produce 3 times per year. The cameras I collect are chosen because of their design and often their quirkiness. I am especially fond of subminiature and half frame cameras.
